Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase date. If more than 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received the wrong item or your item was damaged, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will issue a pre-paid return to pick up your merchandise. Otherwise, please return your merchandise to: Alumacraft Returns, 564 Tenth Ave, Thunder Bay, ON, P7B 2R2. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a credit to your original form of payment or send you a replacement item of your choice.
No returns on sale or clearance merchandise.
Closeout merchandise sales are final. Closeout merchandise cannot be returned.
